6. Build and maintain relationships with clients to provide ongoing support and address any inquiries or concerns.
7. Stay updated on changes in Medicare regulations, policies, and coverage options to effectively advise clients.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
9. Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting Medicare insurance products.
10. Maintain accurate client records, including interactions, applications, and enrollment details, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
11. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

6. Outstanding sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
7. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
9. Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Ethical and compliance-driven mindset, adhering to all industry and company regulations.
