Current preview at a glance
The current app preview has no member account, advertising, tracking, analytics, connected claims service, or active company-notification service. Insure Health Now does not receive the information you type into the claim preview or the choices you make in Memory Activities, the coverage quiz, or the wellbeing check-in.
Information kept only in the current app session
Memory Activity cards, quiz answers, the quiz result, and the daily wellbeing choice are held only in the app's temporary on-device memory for the current session. The app does not upload these choices or use them for advertising, eligibility, coverage, or medical decisions.
Claim-preview entries are also temporary. Closing the preview or ending the app session removes that temporary view state. The app does not save the entries to an account or send them to Insure Health Now, a carrier, or a hospital.
Documents and health information
If you choose a document in the claim preview, the app displays the selected filename only. The current preview does not read, upload, retain, or send the file's contents.
Do not enter diagnoses, Social Security numbers, banking information, Medicare numbers, or other sensitive information into the preview. The app is not medical advice, an emergency service, or a guarantee of coverage or payment.
Contacts, calls, and website links
The optional contact feature sends only the public Insure Health Now organization name, phone number, and website to Apple's new-contact editor. The app does not read, search, collect, or upload your existing contacts. Nothing is saved unless you choose Done in Apple's editor.
When you confirm a call or open a website link, iOS hands the action to the Phone app or your browser. Apple and the services you choose to open may handle information under their own privacy policies.
Notifications
Company notifications are not active in the current preview. The service address is empty, the permission button remains disabled, and the app does not transmit an Apple Push Notification service device token.
If notifications or another connected service are enabled in a future release, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy information before that release to describe the data, purpose, service providers, retention, security, and available choices.
Website support requests
The app links to this website for support and privacy information. Information you voluntarily submit through the website is covered by the separate Website Privacy Policy. Avoid including health, Medicare, financial, or claim information in a website callback request.
Retention and security
Because the current app preview does not transmit the session information described above to Insure Health Now, Insure Health Now has no server copy to retain, sell, share, or delete. No internet transmission or device can be guaranteed completely secure, so use caution with sensitive information.
Children's privacy
The app is intended for adults and older adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the current app preview.
Your choices
You may choose not to enter information, select a document, save the Insure Health Now contact, place a call, open a website, or use an optional activity. You control contact saving and external actions through Apple's interfaces.
