Supported devices
The app is designed for iPhone with iOS 18 or later. It uses large text, high contrast, plain language, and accessibility labels for common actions.
Memory Activities
Open Learn & Wellbeing, choose Memory Activities, and select Nature Match, Comfort Match, or Everyday Match. Reveal two pictures at a time to find pairs. You can restart whenever you choose.
These activities have no timer, score, prize, purchase, or effect on insurance coverage. They are for entertainment and education, not diagnosis, treatment, or cognitive assessment.
Coverage Examples and Claim Help
Names, policy numbers, hospitals, benefit amounts, and other coverage information shown in Coverage Examples are fictional. Claim Help does not save, upload, send, route, or submit entries, selected files, or a claim to Insure Health Now or an insurance carrier. Call us for follow-up and next steps.
Contacts, calling, and notifications
The app asks you to confirm before starting a phone call. Saving the prefilled Insure Health Now contact is optional, and the app does not read or upload existing contacts.
Company Notifications are optional and are connected through Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and OneSignal. Open Company Notifications in the app to read the privacy explanation and choose whether to opt in. If you opt in, iOS may ask for notification permission.
The notification service uses a pseudonymous device subscription and limited technical and interaction information. It is not connected to an Insure Health Now member account and the app does not attach health, Medicare or MBI, MAPD plan, policy, coverage, or claim information. You may turn notifications off in the app and separately manage alerts in iPhone Settings. Read the Mobile App Privacy Policy for complete details.
