Service providers and external content
Website forms are relayed through a third-party form delivery provider so the information can reach our support inbox. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website.
To reduce automated form abuse, the callback form converts a network address into a one-way hashed identifier and temporarily stores that identifier with request counts. The callback details themselves are not stored in this rate-limit database. Expired rate-limit records are removed during later requests.
Embedded videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. When you play a video or follow a YouTube link, Google and YouTube may process information under the Google Privacy Policy.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising pixels or a separate website analytics service. Embedded video features may use browser storage or cookies when you interact with them. If our practices change, we will update this policy.
